On June 22, 2020, the Court adopted Emergency Rule ER-1.02, which requires all persons entering a court facility to wear a face covering.  The rule applies to all courthouses in the county and is effective immediately.   Anyone who is unable to wear a mask can request an accommodation by submitting a Request for Accommodation form (MC-410) to the Court’s ADA Coordinator.  More information about the ADA procedure is located at https://www.stanct.org/ada-information.  Emergency Rule 1.02 is set forth here: Click Here to read

The Court, in an effort to comply with directives issued by federal, state and local officials intended to control the spread of the COVID-19 virus, has suspended all Traffic Court hearings beginning Wednesday, March 18th, 2020, up to and including, Friday, June 12th, 2020. 
If you were scheduled to appear in Traffic Court between the dates of March 18th and June 12th you do not  need to attend the hearing.  Within several weeks, the Court will mail you a written notice setting forth the date and time of your continued hearing. If your address has changed since you first received your citation, please let us know so we can send the notice to the correct address.
