Vendor Resources—Doing Business With the Court

Vendor List Request

If you would like to be added to a vendor list and receive emails regarding open requests, email buyer@stanct.org and put "Add To List" in the subject line. In the body of the email, specify what type of product or service you provide (for example: printing, painting, IT services/goods, windows, signs, etc.).

Purchasing and Contracting Overview

The Court uses Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Interest (RFI), Invitations For Bids (IFB) and Requests for Quotes (RFQ) to procure services, products and information from outside agencies and private industry. The type of procurement device we use depends upon the product or service we are procuring and the value of the product or service.

Open Requests: RFP, RFI, IFB and RFQ page.

Archive: Previously posted documents on the RFP/RFI/IFB/RFQ archive page.
