Fiscal Year Budget
NOTICE
Pursuant to Government Code Section 68511.7(a), The Superior Court of California, County of Stanislaus, is providing a summary of the current fiscal year budget for public review and comment.
The Court will accept written comments on the fiscal year budget for a minimum of three court days prior to adopting the formal budget plan. Although no formal response to comments received will be provided to the contributing party, all comments received by August 11th, 2023, will be submitted to the Presiding Judge and Court Executive Officer for consideration.
