Filing Requirements and Fees

Effective January 1, 2006, The Superior Court of California, County of Stanislaus, implemented statewide fee changes pursuant to the Uniform Civil Fees and Standard Fee Schedule Act of 2005 (AB145) and B&P Section 470.5 which were approved by the Legislature and the Governor. Please see the link provided below.

The new statewide fee schedule is posted on the California Courts website.
